Spectacular Results at State Science Fair

The past week the 57th Florida State Science and Engineering Fair was held in Lakeland. The state science fair is the largest academic competition in Florida. The competition was intense, with over 850 of the top science students from all over Florida competing for prizes and awards. Students also participated in field trips and a dance/mixer. The student mixer was held at the Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa.

In this highly competitive event, all participants are 1st place winners at a regional science fair.
Stone science research students did extremely well winning four 1st place awards, seven 2nd place awards and one honorable mention.


First Place Awards
