Stone Research Students Dominate the Brevard South Regional Science and Engineering Fair!

The South Brevard Regional Science and Engineering Fair took place at the Merritt Square Mall this past weekend. Students from Central Hoover Southwest Stone and various private schools competed in 13 junior division categories ranging from behavioral science to zoology.

Stone students won 12 of the 13 first place awards and 11 of the 12 second place awards. Total place awards won by Stone student was 54!

Stone students also won numerous specials awards including many cash awards.

The research teachers and students would like to thank all the teachers and administrators for supporting their efforts. We would especially like to thank all the teachers that allowed students out of their classes to work on their science projects.
